Meta Developer Platform Compliance

According to Meta Developer Data Policy (Facebook Login for Business & WhatsApp Cloud API), AI Mitro provides clear, accessible instructions for users wishing to delete their Meta authentication data, Meta User IDs, and connected WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) metadata from our platform. Data Deletion Methods

You can request or execute the permanent deletion of your Meta user data and WhatsApp assets through any of the three standard methods described below:

Method 1

In-App Self-Service Disconnection & Account Purge

You can revoke Meta permissions and purge connected Meta assets directly inside your AI Mitro workspace:

  1. Log in to your AI Mitro account dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Meta & WhatsApp Integrations.
  3. Select your connected WhatsApp Business Account and click Disconnect WABA.
  4. Confirm disconnection. This immediately invalidates stored Meta access tokens and queues Meta-related channel metadata for permanent deletion.
  5. To delete your entire AI Mitro workspace, go to Settings > Account > Delete Workspace Data.
Method 2

Facebook Account Business App Removal

You can revoke AI Mitro's authorization directly from your personal or Business Facebook account:

  1. Log into your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Click on Business Integrations or Apps and Websites in the left menu.
  3. Find AI Mitro in the list of active applications.
  4. Click Remove to revoke all access permissions granted to AI Mitro.
  5. Meta will automatically dispatch a deauthorization webhook to our backend, terminating active access tokens.
Method 3

Manual Data Deletion Request via Email

If you prefer our compliance team to process data erasure on your behalf, send a written request:

  • Email Address: connect@creativeagencyhub.in
  • Subject Line: Meta User Data Deletion Request - [Your Business/Account Name]
  • Required Details: Account email address, Facebook User ID or WABA ID (if known).

Data Erasure Timeline & Data Types Purged

Upon receiving a data deletion trigger (via webhooks, in-app deletion, or email request):

  • Immediate Action (0–24 Hours): Active Meta OAuth tokens are invalidated and revoked.
  • Hard Data Erasure (Within 30 Days): All associated Meta user IDs, WABA phone number configs, message template cached data, and chat log records are permanently scrubbed from our active databases and backup routines.
  • Confirmation Notice: A confirmation receipt will be emailed to your account email address upon completion.
