Creative Agency Hub is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of businesses, agencies, and users utilizing AI Mitro. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, storage, usage, and transfer of personal and commercial data across our web applications, APIs, and integrated services.

By creating an account on AI Mitro or connecting third-party platforms (such as Meta Facebook Login or WhatsApp Business API), you agree to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

To provide AI-powered WhatsApp CRM, messaging automation, and multi-tenant campaign management, we collect the following categories of data:

• Account & Registration Details: Name, business email address, phone number, company name, billing details, and login credentials.
• Meta & WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) Data: WABA ID, Phone Number ID, WhatsApp Display Name, Meta Access Tokens (OAuth 2.0), template configurations, and webhook subscription event metadata.
• Client & Contact Information: Phone numbers, contact tags, customer custom attributes, and broadcast recipient lists uploaded to or collected via AI Mitro.
• Conversations & Messaging Content: Inbound and outbound WhatsApp chat messages, media files, auto-responder triggers, and AI agent prompts/responses necessary to facilitate CRM inbox features.
• Technical & Usage Analytics: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, session duration, and feature utilization stats.

AI Mitro integrates directly with Meta Platforms, Inc. via official Facebook Login for Business and WhatsApp Cloud API endpoints. In strict compliance with Meta Developer Policies:

• We access Meta assets strictly under the scopes authorized by you during Embedded Signup (e.g., whatsapp_business_management, whatsapp_business_messaging).
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your Meta account data, access tokens, or end-user conversation logs to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
• Access tokens are stored using strong encryption at rest and are restricted to system microservices executing API actions on your behalf.

We process collected data exclusively for valid business purposes:

• Operating, maintaining, and enhancing the AI Mitro platform.
• Executing WhatsApp campaign broadcasts, automated replies, and chatbot workflows.
• Powering AI-driven copilot assistants and message generation.
• Fulfilling customer support requests and sending transactional updates.
• Monitoring account security, preventing fraud, and enforcing Meta Commerce policies.

To deliver AI capabilities, AI Mitro integrates with trusted third-party subprocessors (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and cloud infrastructure hosts).

Data Processing Safeguard: Prompts sent to AI subprocessors are processed transiently for real-time response generation. We do NOT permit third-party AI providers to use your confidential business or customer conversation data to train foundational models.

We retain account data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to comply with legal and accounting requirements.

You possess full rights to access, rectify, export, or permanently erase your personal data under the India Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, GDPR, and CCPA.
